LIE Westbound (toward Manhattan):
Go to exit #33, make first right on Community Drive.  Go to fifth light, make right on Northern Blvd. Go past second light, building is on left side (#1165 Northern Blvd. – see "HealthBridge" sign on face of building). Proceed straight up driveway immediately to right of building following signs for Valet Parking, which will be on the top of the ramp as you reach the second floor.  Take elevator or stairs to the third floor, Suite 300.

*If you are visiting after 8pm for a Sleep Study, please park on the lower level by making a left immediately after entering the driveway and parking either in the outdoor spaces or in any spot in the covered lot (except those designated as a short term 30 minute parking spaces.)  Press intercom buzzer next to glass doors and tell security you’re going to Suite 300.

LIE Eastbound (from Manhattan):
Go to exit #33, make second left onto Community Drive.  Go to fifth light, make right on Northern Blvd. Go past second light, building is on left side (#1165 Northern Blvd. – see "HealthBridge" sign on face of building). Proceed straight up driveway immediately to right of building following signs for Valet Parking, which will be on the top of the ramp as you reach the second floor.  Take elevator or stairs to the third floor, Suite 300.

Northern State/Grand Central Parkway (East/West):
Go to exit #26 north, proceed to end. Make left on LIE service road.  Make first right onto Community Drive.  Go to fifth light, make right on Northern Blvd. Go past second light, building is on left side (#1165 Northern Blvd. – see "HealthBridge" sign on face of building). Proceed straight up driveway immediately to right of building following signs for Valet Parking, which will be on the top of the ramp as you reach the second floor.  Take elevator or stairs to the third floor, Suite 300.

Northern Blvd. Westbound (toward Manhattan):
Proceed west past Shelter Rock Road (Lord & Taylor’s on left). Go 1/2 mile just before bottom of hill, look for black glass building on right with sign “HealthBridge” on face of building at 1165 Northern Blvd.  Proceed straight up driveway immediately to right of building following signs for Valet Parking, which will be on the top of the ramp as you reach the second floor.  Take elevator or stairs to the third floor, Suite 300.

Northern Blvd. Eastbound (from Manhattan):
Proceed east past Lakeville Road (Exxon on right).  Continue on Northern Blvd.  down steep hill, at the bottom of which is Community Drive on right and East Shore Road on left.  Continue straight past two more lights, look for black glass building on left side with sign “HealthBridge” on face of building at 1165 Northern Blvd. Proceed straight up driveway immediately to right of building following signs for Valet Parking, which will be on the top of the ramp as you reach the second floor.  Take elevator or stairs to the third floor, Suite 300.
