Taco Spiced Chickpeas

4 ingredients · 30 minutes · 2 servings


2 cups Chickpeas (cooked)

2 tsps Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Sea Salt & Black Pepper (to taste, optional)

2 tsps Taco Seasoning


1. Preheat the oven to 400ºF (205ºC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Pat the chickpeas dry with a paper towel and transfer them to the prepared baking sheet.

Drizzle with the oil and season with salt, pepper, and taco seasoning. Mix until the

chickpeas are evenly coated.

3. Bake in the oven for 25 to 28 minutes, tossing halfway through, or until the chickpeas

reach your desired crispiness.

4. Remove from the oven. Season with additional salt and pepper if needed. Let cool

slightly and enjoy!

Serving Size: One serving is approximately 1/2 cup.

Dark Chocolate Almond Mousse

2 cups Unsweetened Almond Milk

1/2 cup Chia Seeds

1/2 cup Cocoa Powder

1/4 cup Almond Butter

3 tbsps Monk Fruit Sweetener

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

1/2 tsp Sea Salt


1. Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend for 2 to 3 minutes until

thickened, smooth and creamy.

2. Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate until chilled, about 3 hours. Enjoy!

Peanut Butter Banana Muffin Brownie Bites

1 Banana (medium, mashed)

1/4 cup Maple Syrup

1/2 cup All Natural Peanut Butter

2 tbsps Unsweetened Almond Milk

1/2 cup Cocoa Powder

1/2 tsp Baking Powder

1/4 cup Dark Chocolate Chips


1. Preheat the oven to 350ºF (176ºC) and line a muffin tin with baking cups.

2. In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed banana, maple syrup, peanut butter, and almond

milk. Stir in the cocoa powder and baking powder then fold in the chocolate chips. The

batter should be thick and fudgy.

3. Divide the batter between the baking cups and bake for 17 to 20 minutes or until the

brownies are spongy to the touch.

4. Let the brownies cool slightly in the pan before transferring to a cooling rack to cool

completely. Enjoy!

Keto Candied Nuts

5 ingredients · 2 hours · 6 servings


2 tbsps Water

1/3 cup Monk Fruit Sweetener (granulated)

1 1/2 tsps Cinnamon

1/4 tsp Sea Salt

1 1/2 cups Almonds


1. Line a baking sheet or plate with parchment paper.

2. Add the water to a small pot over medium heat. When the water starts to steam add the

monk fruit sweetener, cinnamon, and salt. Stir to combine and allow to come to a bubble.

3. Add the almonds and stir well. Continue to stir for two to three minutes until the almonds

are heated through and the monk fruit sauce has thickened.

4. Transfer the almonds to the parchment paper and spread in an even layer to cool.

5. Allow the nuts to cool completely and the candy coating to harden before storing them in

an airtight container. Enjoy!
